Terms & Conditions – SEO Workshop

These Terms & Conditions apply to the SEO Workshop delivered by HC Marketing Limited (Company No. [insert]), trading as Hana Clode. By booking a place, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

  • This workshop is designed for small business owners with an existing live website.

  • By booking, you confirm that your business has a website in place prior to the start of the course.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Refunds:

    • Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the course start date.

    • 50% refund if cancelled between 7–13 days before the start date.

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: If, within 6 months of completing the course, you have implemented all recommended actions and can demonstrate no uplift in website traffic, you may request a refund. This guarantee excludes any results impacted by Google Algorithm updates or factors outside of HC Marketing Limited’s control.

3. Attendance & Materials

  • If you miss a live session, this is not grounds for a refund. All session materials and “how-to” videos will be provided.

  • Materials will be shared via a Google Drive link. Participants are expected to download and save the content, as access cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

  • Materials are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.

4. Results & Liability

  • SEO is complex and influenced by many external factors. While this workshop teaches best practices to increase visibility, no guarantees can be made regarding specific results such as leads, enquiries, or sales.

  • All information is provided in good faith and based on Hana Clode’s professional experience.

  • HC Marketing Limited accepts no liability for loss of income, business disruption, or other damages arising from the use of the course materials or advice provided.

5. Conduct & Transfers

  • Respectful behaviour is expected from all participants. HC Marketing Limited reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, without refund.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance to arrange this.

6. Data Protection & Marketing

  • Participant details (name, email, business information) will be collected for course communication.

  • With consent, your details may also be used to share information about future workshops or services. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
